When we rely on third parties, we carefully select people with a reliable background and a history in the sector and insert them in a continuous training process. Even where we operate directly, we expect the best from our staff, through the same training and updating systems.
Since February we have strengthened our customer care service through new staff hires and new vehicles for our fleet, in order to continue to grow and optimize our relationship with users.
