Improving does not always mean adding. Sometimes it’s a simplification process. The new second stage heads fitted to our MCH6s received just this treatment.

The idea was to produce a piece that had fewer separate details with a clear goal: fewer components to achieve more solidity without sacrificing performance.

The new head is produced from a new die-casting mold, integrating the intercooler retaining bracket and the valves. The work allowed us to increase heat exchange by improving cooling and reducing harmful space. The overall efficiency of the compressor benefits and improves.
